Innovation in Intelligenesis
Intelligenesis shares Innovation experience and practice. Other than our actual practice and consultancy provision, our workshops merge theory and practice in a continuous feedback loop, aiming to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and research, and actual application in real life projects.
In our intensive blended learning workshops, the educational material and learner experience is structured in a way that learners work on their own team-based real-life project while studying. Following the current Web 2.0 and E-Learning 2.0 initiatives, Open and Social Innovation are merged in a new way, implemented and integrated in other courses, such as Project Management.
Such compacting learning, teaching, and experience based on accelerating human potential is anchored in ideas behind the book The Talent Code: Greatness isn't Born, It's Grown. We are also based on methodologies derived from the Computer Supported Collaborative Learniing Research Community (see example).
The weekly workshops and e-courses in Innovation Management, International Project Management and Distributed Leaderhip on Moodle provide knowledge and practice that otherwise are acquired in one semester (6 months).
These innovative teaching and learning approaches are proposed in the EU and Greek initiatives in public consultancy, including a free Moodle online course, for re-structuring Europe.
